I have a three bedroom house with a spare bedroom for rent in Owensboro Kentucky. I live in the house and will expect someone who is clean and tidy. Meals can be included for a higher price or you can buy your own groceries. The rent is $400 a month and it is expected to be paid by the fifth of every month . To move in you will need your first month rent and security deposit of $400 as well. For a total of $800 to get moved in here.
