Our company is looking to hire a part-time staff accountant. This person
should have advanced functional knowledge of word and excel and will
work remotely on a contract basis performing primarily compilations and
reviews of financial statements including footnotes. Therefore, basic
knowledge of GAAP is required. Please send resume. Looking to fill the
position as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for supporting all accounting functions
• Help maintain accuracy and compliance
• Verify invoices for approval and make check disbursements
• Remotely deposit checks and post to corresponding accounts
• Assist with processing payroll
• Typing emails, letters, memos, and other correspondence
• Performing clerical and other related work as required
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outloook, Word, Excel
