At CVS Healthcare. Customer Service Representatives on the Customer Care Team are dedicated to assisting members with managing their pharmacy benefits. They receive inbound phone calls from a wide variety of clients, members, and health care professionals. Using your skills and knowledge you will help our callers navigate their options while putting people first. While you support our members, we support you, offering a career that provides opportunities for advancement, comprehensive benefit offerings, tuition reimbursement, and colleague wellness programs.

Customer Service Representatives
answer incoming phone calls, providing guidance and assistance to our plan members. Inquiries range from simple to complex and are serviced out of our call center locations or work from home locations.

Required Qualifications
1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
∙ Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications
∙ Associates degree or equivalent experience
∙ Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
∙ Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
∙ Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
∙ Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
∙ Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
∙ Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
