This corner unit is on the 5th floor of a 6 floor building. It includes with a parking stall, semi covered outside, with plug. A visitor parking pass if also available for when your guests come to visit. A storage unit in the condo shed also comes with the unit. It is approximately 5'x5' plywood cube. Great to store your camping/holiday items. 

In suite laundry, balcony, and an open layout. Hardwood flooring in living area, porcelain tile in kitchen / bathroom, and carpet in the bedroom. Tenant is able to paint the accent wall upon approval (cost of tenant) to meet the desired aesthetic.

Open to pets with some restrictions. Dogs cannot be over 10 kg, and must be potty trained and not excessively bark, howl, or cause any disruption to neighbors.

Unit will be available on August 17th (afternoon). Rent for August will be less then 1/2 months rent at $500

Rent for the remainder of the lease beginning on September 1st will be $1400/ month. 

Electricity, cable & internet is responsible of tenant. Other utilities covered by condo.

Smoking allowed.

Pets must be approved by landlord.
